INGREDIENTS: Calcium beta-hydroxybutyrate; Potassium beta-hydroxybutyrate; Magnesium citrate; Sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate; Acidity regulator: Citric acid; Aroma; Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Acetyl-l-carnitine HCL; L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin c); Sweetener: Steviol glycosides from stevia.
RECOMMENDED USE: For the first days, consume half the recommended daily portion for adaptation. Dissolve 10 g (3/4 measuring cup) of the product in 200 ml of water. Consume about 20 minutes before training. Consuming single doses larger than the recommended daily dose without prior adaptation may cause gastrointestinal problems. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
