COCOVITA extra virgin coconut oil is obtained from fresh coconut flesh. The most valuable is cold-pressed, unrefined coconut oil. It has a pleasant smell and a delicate coconut flavour. At temperatures up to 26 degrees, it is solid and white in colour, at higher temperatures it becomes liquid and transparent.

Saturated fatty acids account for as much as 90% of the content of this oil. Thanks to the medium-chain structure, they are not deposited as fat, but converted into energy that speeds up metabolism. The rest of the ingredients are healthy mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins E, B, C, minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc) and lauric acid.

Coconut oil COCOVITA extra virgin Coconut oil can be used culinary – as a substitute for butter or a base for baking cakes, pies or desserts. It will work in any kitchen for frying, baking and stewing.

It can also be successfully added to dressings or salad dressings.
