MCT OIL 400ml Dietary Supplement.
Medium-chain fatty acids, It is a type of fat that is very quickly and efficiently “burned” by the body to produce energy. When used in the daily diet, it allows to increase endurance, strength and muscle mass. This oil contains only medium-chain fatty acids, which contain 2 times more energy than carbohydrates and proteins.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Initially, for the first 2 days, consume 1 tablespoon (14g) daily with a meal; in the later period, the optimal daily dose is up to 3 tablespoons.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose at any time that is stated on label or without adaptation period.
Consuming single doses exceeding the equivalent of 100g without prior adaptation may cause gastrointestinal problems.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not give this product to children or if You are pregnant and lactating women.
INGREDIENTS: 100% oil (MCT), contains medium chain fatty acids from oil palm kernels.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children. Protect against direct sunlight.
