RECOMMENDED USE :
Take 1 capsule of VITAMIN COMPLEX following 1 capsule of MINERAL COMPLEX once a day after the main meal with plenty of water. Do not take together with other vitamin and mineral preparations. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption and do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
