Micronized creatine malate with Taurine. Creatine increases physical performance during successive short, very intense physical exercises.   Creatine malate causes lower water retention than popular creatine monohydrate. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

INGREDIENTS: Creatine malate (92 %); taurine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

RECOMMENDED USE:  Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250 ml of water. Take at around training times. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

NOTES: The product cannot be used by children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. Maintaining proper health requires a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
